"We have the Pickle with the Tickle"

Roasted Pepper Salsa ($7.00) Roasted pepper flavor with southwestern heat. Made with  "Hatch" Sandia chilies, and sweet red peppers. 16 oz.

Old Fashioned Bread & Butter Pickles  ($5.00) Made from an old family recipe, these pickles will bring back a memory. "They taste just like Grandma's" 8 oz. 

Cajun Pickles  ($5.00) "The Pickle with the Tickle" A variation of our bread & butter pickle, with garlic, Thai peppers and a special blend of spices, that adds the "Tickle".  8 oz.

Relish - Not ($5.00) A sweet zucchini/vegetable relish, that is appealing to the eye as well as the palate. Great on burgers and dogs. Mix a little with mayo or ketchup for a spread. 8 oz.

Relish - Hot ($5.00) Winner of the 1999 National Fiery Food Challenge. This relish has sweet heat. Its flavor comes from fresh Habaneros, Jalapenos and a special blend of spices.  This is our best selling product, year after year.  Great on burgers, dogs, and sandwiches. Use it like a salsa on Mexican dishes, or to zip up your favorite rice dish.  8 oz.

Orange-Habanero Marmalade ($5.00) Sweet Heat! Habanero peppers add heat to a traditional orange marmalade.  Mix with cream cheese for a bagel spread. Use it as a glaze on chicken or shrimp.  6 oz.

Blueberry Blast ($5.00) We added Habaneros to wild Maine blueberries for a taste sensation that's a BLAST!  This is best on vanilla ice cream, it combines a hot & cold sensation. 6 oz.

Maine Blueberry Jam ($5.00) Traditional blueberry jam, made from native Maine blueberries.  6 oz.

Carrot Cake You Don't Bake ($5.00) Pureed carrots and lemons are spiced with cinnamon and cloves, for a taste that is reminiscent of carrot cake.  Spread it on ginger snaps or rounds of pie crust, then top with cream cheese frosting for an easy desert. 6 oz.  

Red Pepper Jam ($5.00) Sweet red peppers are blended with just the right amount of Jalapeno peppers.  Spread a thin layer over salmon prior to baking for tasty glaze. Great mixed with cream cheese, or used as a dipping sauce for chicken wings and egg rolls.  Mix a little into your stir fry. 6 oz. 

Tri Pepper Jam ($5.00)  This is  hotter than the red pepper jam, because we have added Habanero peppers. This pepper jam won't loose it's heat when mixed with cream cheese, or added to your favorite stir fry. Voted # 1 by our fans in Portland, Maine!  6 oz.

Sweet Onion Garlic Jelly ($5.00) A garlic lovers treat! Try it on sandwiches or as a glaze on chicken or roasts.  Mix it with cream cheese for a delicious quick garlic dip. 6 oz.

Sweet Onion Horseradish Jelly ($5.00) A great combination of flavors. We call this one a deli jelly, because it is great on sandwiches, such as roast beef and turkey, or just spread on your favorite cracker.  6 oz.

Fruits ‘n Roots ($5.00) A Cranberry Horseradish jam. This is our favorite. It is great on turkey sandwiches! 6 oz.

Zesty Toe Jam ($5.00) A tasty tomato based jam, with horseradish, cayenne, basil and black pepper.  Sorry we couldn't help ourselves. This makes a fun gift, that tastes great, too.  Try it on burgers, spread over meatloaf prior to baking, or with eggs and home fries. 6 oz.

Pineapple Pizzazz ($5.00) Habaneros are blended with pineapple and coconut for a truly tropical taste. This jam is not only great on toast and crackers, but makes a wonderful glaze on chicken, pork, shrimp or ham. 6 oz.

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam ($5.00) It feels like spring in each bite. The sweetness of strawberries are offset by the tart rhubarb. 6oz.

Cornbread Mix ($3.00)  Makes up one 9' pie plate. Just add eggs and milk. This is great served with "JACKS" roasted pepper salsa or with cream cheese and one of "JACKS" hot jams. (Tri-Pepper, Red Pepper, Zesty Toe Jam, Habanero Orange Marmalade) 14.5 oz.

Orange/Ginger Rhubarb Butter ($5.00) A bit more tart and less sweet than jam. This butter's unique combination of flavors all come through. 6 oz.

Sweet Onion Relish ($5.00) Sweet Vidalia onions are chopped up and cooked with bits of red pepper and assorted spices for a rich but delicate onion flavor. 8 oz.

JACKS Savory Rub ($4.50). A rich blend of spices that will take your taste buds on a journey from the Orient, to the Caribbean Islands. Rub on your favorite beef, fish or fowl. 4 oz.
